Shipping Policy
Free shipping on every order within the United States. No minimum purchase required.
Where we ship: United States addresses only. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Order processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after processing. Because items ship directly from our fulfillment partners, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking: You’ll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Incorrect address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
Lost or delayed packages: If tracking shows no movement for 10 days, or your order hasn’t arrived within 20 business days, email thetrendvaultllc@gmail.com and we will help resolve it.
